Dear Helen,
I feel absolutely sick about the recent Wainfleet Mayor and Council's decision to allow the former Easter  Seal Camp to be developed. The majority of the Wainfleet citizens feel completely betrayed by the ones we so foolishly elected only to have them gut our nature and heritage. People I spoke to, feel like myself. That, this is the end of the Wainfleet we now know. People are physically upset and it is if the elected ones responsible for this, could not care less and refused to listen. In everyone's hearts, we and Mother Nature seem absolutely destined for destruction.
Can you see any turns of events like winning at the O. M. B. that would turn this nightmare around? You would think in the days of global warming, politicians would be more cautious. Thank you. Signed, Punched Out in Wainfleet.

I understand your frustration completely. I live in beautiful, quaint, quiet, little Ridgeway, where we are watching everything in sight being cleared and laid barren for the development of vinyl and partial board monster houses . . . and condos!  The desire to live in a quaint, small town  environment is becoming everyone's dream. Unfortunately, that dream comes with a very high price tag, to all.  And, in your case, all in Wainfleet will pay the price so a few can enjoy that small town feeling!
My cards showed that the land is free and clear to sell. It showed no legal barriers. I also see that an appeal to the O. M. B. will ultimately fail even if you could delay the inevitable.  My heart goes out to you.

Dear Helen,
I'll make this very short. Could you tell me if the man I am seeing is cheating on me? I have a gut feeling he is. Do you think I'll be moving in the next year? He would like to move in together, but I do not know if that is a good thing. I hope to hear from you soon. I hate to think that he is sleeping with me and other women too. Anything you could tell me about him would be good. Thank You. Signed, W. L.

In nineteen years of marriage I have never, ever thought my husband was cheating. Psychic or not, the heart knows before the head does if there is trouble in a relationship. If you are having these feelings, then there is something wrong! You need to confront him about how you feel.
Why are you asking about moving? Why would you give up your own space to share with this man whom you are having doubts about. Are you kidding? To be honest, I feel this has been going on for a while now. Please, do not sell yourself short. We all deserve to feel happy and safe in a relationship. Like they say, If you don't have trust in a relationship, what do you have?  I would not be surprise to hear that you and he split up down the road.
